Frequently Asked Questions
Payment Information
We accept payment via Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), and Litecoin (LTC). We also accept other cryptocurrencies through Coinbase Commerce, including Ethereum, USD Coin, and many others. However, payments via Coinbase Commerce are processed by Coinbase and are outside of our direct control. Please note that support for Coinbase Commerce payments is managed by Coinbase, not us.
We do not recommend making payments directly from an exchange or cryptocurrency ATM.
All payments must be made within 60 minutes of order creation. Many exchanges take hours, if not days, to send funds on withdrawal requests. This can cause funds to be frozen in our system.
Cryptocurrency exchanges and ATMs often have high fees and spread, meaning you may end up sending less money than the invoice requires. To avoid issues, make sure you send the exact amount shown on the invoice. If you’ve paid through an exchange or ATM and the payment is incorrect due to fees or spread, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
We recommend moving funds from an exchange to a mobile wallet, or hardware wallet before transacting with us.

Cryptocurrency payments require 2 confirmations on the blockchain before credits can be issued. This process may take from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the network and the cryptocurrency used (Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, etc.). You can check your transaction status using a blockchain explorer.
